We guarantee 2 % of discount in form of drink coupons by cash payment of the stay on the day of arrival!

Surcharges by arrangement:

Euro 30,00  *: for the unique cleaning at the end of the stay
Euro   4,00**: daily for the use of the kitchenette by request - fridge already included!
Euro   5,00: daily for each dog without food (no access in the breakfast room and swimming pool)
Euro 10,00: for renting a bath robe and a bath towel during the stay
by request: South Tyrolean specialities for dinner

For short stays under three nights we calcolate a surcharge of Euro 3,00 per adult and night.

We reserve prices changes in case of tax increases.

Terms of revers:

in case of short-term reverses within 10 days of arrival day, later arrivals or early departures, we charge a fee according to the Italian law.
