We guarantee 2 % of discount in form of drink coupons by cash payment of the stay on the day of arrival

Surcharges by arrangement:

Euro   4,00: daily for the use of the kitchenette in the suites - fridge is inclusive!
Euro   6,00: daily for each dog without food (no access in the breakfast room and swimming pool) 
Euro 10,00: for renting a bath robe and a bath towel during the stay
Euro   2,00: per day and room for Wlan
by request: South Tyrolean specialities for dinner

Prices for kids per night with bed & breakfast:

Euro   5,00: until the 3th birthday
Euro 10,00: until the 5th birthday
Euro 15,00: until the 10th birthday
Euro 25,00: until the 16th birthday

For short stays under three nights, we calcolate a surcharge of Euro 3,00 per adult and night.

We reserve prices changes in case of tax increases.

Terms of revers:

in case of short-term reverses within 10 days of arrival day, later arrivals or early departures, we charge a fee according to the Italian law.
