LOCAL TAX
The prices do not include the local tax about Euro 2,40 per night per person (from the age of 14 years). The tax must be payed in the hotel, which will transfer it to the local autority.
We reserve prices changes in case of tax increases.

DISCOUNT
We guarantee 1,5 % of Discount by cash payment of the stay on the day of arrival.

SERVICES INCLUDED
Telephone, SAT-TV, safe, Wi-Fi, use of the indoor pool, parking space, bike garage and GuestPass

ROOM/APARTMENT PRICES
Prices are per adult with breakfast

PRICES FOR KIDS PER NIGHT IN A ROOM/APARTMENT WITH TWO ADULTS:
Euro 18,00: 0 - 3 years
Euro 31,50: 4 - 8 years
Euro 41,00: 9 - 13 years
Euro 50,50: 14 - 17 years
Euro 55,00: from the 18th birthday

SURCHARGES BY ARRANGEMENT:
Euro 5,00: surcharge per adult and night for stay under four nights
Euro 40,00: for the unique cleaning at the end of the stay in appartments with self catering (by request)
Euro 14,00: daily for each dog without food (no access in the breakfast room and swimming pool)
Euro 10,00: for renting a bath robe and a bath towel during the stay
by request: South Tyrolean specialities for dinner

We also offer a charging station for electric vehicles:

1 charging station with type 2 socket and 11 kW charging power.
We calculate € 0,45 per charged kWh with green electricity from South Tyrolean hydropower.

Terms of revers:

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

The cancel of your room reservation within 29 days before your arrival date is free of charge.
For cancellations from 28 to 15 days before your arrival date, we charge 50% of the total booked price.
From 14 to 1 day before the arrival date, we calculate 75% of the total booked price.
If you leave earlier, arrive later or "no show", we charge 100% of the total booked price.
These cancellation conditions apply even if the room can be rented out for all or part of your original booking dates. Cancellations are only possible in writing to be valid.
We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
